Question by fitz: What is this photoshop brush called and where can I find it?

I would really really appreciate if you can help me find this photoshop brush! I spend a lot of time looking for it, but still, I can’t find it nowhere…

also search for shapes and patterns instead of brushes,

you could also create new circular design by drawing on from center or outer layer, then expand or contract selection in increments until full and save as png/ eps/ psd
