How do i send my friend a photoshop brush i made for her?

Can you attach the file to an email?
attach it like a file (as you would a picture)
but don’t forget to tell her to save it in a folder that says “brushes” that way she can find it.
I know on PSP, in order to use a brush you saved you have to go into
____file____import______custom brush then choose the one you want to use of those you have saved in that particular folder.
