Align separate tables left and right. Specify width in pixels. If this is not what your looking for, try manually putting < b r / > (without spacing) in your html text where the table starts to shift

turn on your layers (Windows > Show Layers )

Cick on the TExt tool. Place the Cursor anywhere on the image, and begin typing.

If your text isn’t showing, its because:
1) your font size is too small
2) your font color is close to the image color

Windows > Character can fix that

Photoshop CS4 crashes when i try to use the text tool?

Question by fricti0nless: Photoshop CS4 crashes when i try to use the text tool?
Everytime I click the text tool, it goes nonresponsive, then the annoying ‘Photoshop CS4′ has encountered an error and needs to close’ popup comes up. I have a trial version of the software, and I am on XP.

sounds like an incomplete install. This can happen if you’re doing other stuff on the system while it is installing it, or if you didn’t restart at the end of the install (though I’m not sure PS CS4 requires it). The only way to fix it would be to do an uninstall and reinstall.

Make sure the version you install is for XP, and not Vista, there may be a difference.

Q&A: How to add an italics effect to text in adobe illustrator CS4?

Question by Gozza: How to add an italics effect to text in adobe illustrator CS4?
When you enter text in microsft word and you want to make it italic then you highlight it and press the italics button. How to I make my text d the same thing in Adobe Illustrator CS4?

Answer by iDesign71
Illustrator (and the rest of the Adobe suite) do not support these ‘faux’ fonts. This is due to the fact that in postscript output only proper fonts and their installed typefaces are supported and the Adobe suite is geared towards this.

There are two options to make your text italic: either select it in the Type Style box – likely that currently says Roman, click on the drop down arrow and select Italic if it is available.

If the italic style is not available for your font, there is an alternative: in the Transform palette enter a value of between 12° and 15° in the Shear box. This will slant text and make it look as if it’s italic.

you can do basic stuff like filling the shape with colors but not the more complicated gradient effects as blending options is not available in photoshop elements. but that seems pretty simple:
assuming you’ve opened a new file. First of all press ‘G’ (paint bucket tool). On the toolbar, notice those 2 cascading color squares? click the one on top and there chose your color. then fill your background with the said tool. Now for the black border, press ‘m’, ctrl+a, right click on the image and chose stroke. there, customize your settings and press enter. now right click again and press deselect. For the text, press ‘T’, click on image and type whatever. To customize, settings can be found on top.
so yeah

You can just simply copy the .abr brush files to the brushes folder usuallly at- “C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Presets\Brushes” or something similar. You can rotate text using the transform/free transform option under the edit menu.

How do I edit text in Photoshop CS4 that has already been created?

Question by Joseph: How do I edit text in Photoshop CS4 that has already been created?
I am working on a project and I created a piece of text in Photoshop CS4. For some strange reason, I am no longer able to change the contents of this text block (like add an additional sentence inside of it for example). How can I edit it?

Best answer:

Answer by Jen
You might have rasterized it on accident. What that means is it’s no longer a piece of “text”… it’s now an image.

You might have to make a new text…
