Question by Sweetheart’s Anonymous: How to produce an aesthetically pleasing watermark in Photoshop CS4?
I had some photos used without my permission and I need to start watermarking. I want a watermark on my Flickr photostream photos. I want something that looks nice and that doesn’t overwhelm the photo. Please give me instructions/tips on how to do this. Thanks!

Do you want advice on a visual style for your watermark, or just the technical side?
Basically, you create your design in a .png or .psd. Draw in white and leave the background transparent. then just copy and paste over your pics and turn the opacity down to around 30 in the blending options for that layer. Some people also add thin lines that go corner to corner, but that can overpower the picture a little. others also create inner shadows on the watermark to make it visible on a range of backgrounds.
Question by Jonathan: How do I remove a watermark in a pdf file? I have Adobe 9 Pro and Photoshop CS4.?
The watermark is grey and a 45 degree text across each page with only text in it. I was wondering if I could remove everything that is grey. I’ve tried the “remove watermark” option and that does not work. I’ve used the wand is CS4 and still to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

Try saving the pdf file as a jpeg and crop it out in Photoshop CS4
Question by FwFats: Importing videos to adobe premiere pro cs4 and adding my watermark to the videos?
I am designing a website for a dance group. I have downloaded their videos from youtube and other download sites. Using Adobe Premiere Pro cs4, how do I import these videos and add a watermark of their logo leading to the website?
Answer by Don M
It is highly unusual to and will do no good to add a watermark to a logo.
You simply make the Logo a link
Watermark technology is done by software.
If you intent is so that the logo can’t be copied it is done much different than using a watermark,
Using a watermark is done so that you can prove that your registered Tardemark or your Registered Copyright can’t be duplicated and is much more indepth than simply placing an imbeded image on a logo.

I was wondering in Photoshop CS, is there anyway I can crop a picture using a particular brush?
I have my own business, and had someone design a brush for my site, I would like to use that brush to crop my pictures to match my designs. Is that possible? If so, can someone show me how to do it?
Also, how do I watermark a picture??
