i have tons of work i need to do in order to get an A+ for the class but there isn’t enough time during school. i tried copying it but when i got home, it didn’t work cuz it was just a shortcut.

I got adobe photoshop cs4 from my photoshop teacher, and when I try to download it onto my laptop it doesnt work. I have no idea why. Any ideas?
i think the reason its not working is because its from a computer with windows xp and mine is windows 7

Do you mean “install” instead of “download?” Because that would make more sense.

Also, it sounds like your teacher is trying to help you pirate software? That isn’t right.
Also, since you really didn’t tell us anything other than the fact that it’s not working, we can’t offer any suggestions.

just a thought? cause i’m using another computer for work and and i dont want to look for all the brushes and patterns to download again.
