Question by Jonathan: How do I remove a watermark in a pdf file? I have Adobe 9 Pro and Photoshop CS4.?
The watermark is grey and a 45 degree text across each page with only text in it. I was wondering if I could remove everything that is grey. I’ve tried the “remove watermark” option and that does not work. I’ve used the wand is CS4 and still to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

Try saving the pdf file as a jpeg and crop it out in Photoshop CS4

I need to do the same action on 250 photos on photoshop. The action is just put my tag on each photo, so: text -> write the name -> done.
Is it possible to make the program do this action automatically for each photo?
Or had I to open and write on each file?

You can use Photoshop’s Macros.

Start a new macro, do the changes to one of the images, save etc. then stop recording the macro.

go on each image, run the macro and it’ll do changes (and save too, auto?).

There are a number of ways to do this, but here’s a simple way.

Find a clipart type heart in the shape you like. Look for something about the size of the image you want to produce or insert a clipart image in a Word document and scale.

Copy this image from Word or open the picture format file in Photoshop, select and copy (eg using magic wand tool) – depending on your choice of picture.

Paste it in your Photoshop photo document. Place in the position where you want it so that the photo is positioned over the heart shape. It should paste on a layer of its own.

Now select the heart shape (magic wand) again, click on the layer containing your photo, go to menu Select>Inverse and then to menu Edit>Clear.

Your photo will now be in the shape of the heart. Delete or hide the layer that contains the heart shape and save your file (remember to use Save As to keep the original photo intact).

How do I change the background color of a passport picture in photoshop cs4. managed to do this but there was color bleeding, around edges ears and parts of face like the forehead. What dimensions do I save this for a passport picture. Got the picture by selecting the scanned image … copying then pasting it on a new photo document. Is this the right method ? Any help greatly appreciated.

Here’s how I would do it, but I’m sure there are more efficient Photoshop users on here:

I would cut out the person’s image, as close as I can with my limited talent and copy/paste them onto a new background. It’s going to take time and patience if you do it this way.

I am trying to make a background image, and i have found a nice little banner image using one of the brush stroke styles. so i have enlarged it to the size i need it. But now i want to cut a portion of it out. I have tried to use the eraser tool but when i release the mouse button everything i erased comes straight back… I can imagine that such software cant even provide a simple eraser… please please tell me where im going wrong… thanks in advance..

I’m having trouble with the Fill tool in Flash CS4…?

I recently purchased Adobe Flash CS4 Professional and am having trouble with the fill tool.

I have been drawing my animations on the stage using the brush tool and a Wacom tablet. In order to describe my problem clearly, I’m going to use an example.

When I draw a square in Flash I draw each line individually/my tablet pen doesn’t stay on the tablet the entire time. When I try to fill in the square using the Fill tool it doesn’t work. However, when I draw the square in one stroke, it allows me to fill it in.

Is there a way to make it so that I can in spaces whose lines I did not draw in one stroke?

The character’s hair, for example, is made of many different strokes, and it does not allow me to fill it in – the same goes to for the rest of the character. How do I fix this problem?
