New Adobe photoshop brushes
Ok, so I made a brush some time ago and I’m using it right now, but I’d like to rotate it (it’s an 8-pointed star-like thing, sort of like a compass rose, but I want to turn it about 20 degrees clockwise). Can anyone tell me how to do this?
Also, how do I rotate a single layer?
Please keep in mind that I’m relatively new to Photoshop… simple, clear instructions would really help me out. Thanks! =)
I’ve been to lots of sites, and I didn’t write them down or bookmark them for future use, and I’m trying to find them again… Do you know any good sites?

Jasc Paint Shop Pro (PSP) 8
Adobe Photoshop 7.0
Is this even possible? Is there another way I can get that effect?
I recently downloaded GIMP. I believe it’s version 2.4. I also have Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0. I’ve been trying to download brushes to use, but they haven’t been working. Can anyone give me clear, step by step instructions on how to download and install them? I also looked at a tutorial that said to install them in your “brushes” folder. I looked and there are no brushes folders. Any help?
