Graphic tablet not working with Photoshop CS4?

I have the Genius MousePen 8×6. The mouse works fine with Photoshop CS4 but the pen does not! When i try to draw using the Pen (either with brush or pencil tool) it only draws a straight line from where the pencil or brush first lands to where it finishes??
I have tried to modifying the settings updating my Graphic Tablet drivers, reinstalling both my Graphic Tablet and Photoshop all to no avail. I just don’t know what else to do!?

No, the shift key is not locked down. My Graphic tablet worked perfectly with Photoshop CS3, no problems at all.
It just seems like CS4 is the problem?!
My Graphic Pen will work fine for about 2mins but after that it just draws straight lines, no matter what I do?!

    I don’t know the product that you have or what the settings should be. But your Photoshop is behaving as if you have the shift key depressed.

    Hey i got the same problem!!Using Hannvon drawing tablet 8*6 everything else works fine (including msn drawing) but photo shop doesn’t seem to respond well to the pen i use the mouse draw a scriggly line works fine pick up the pen and draw a squiggle line it just ends up as a straight line :/ should i be changing a setting in photo shop? Using windows 7, Photoshop 4 (latest)

    hey Guys same problem…it appears now and then in my photoshop CS4, when i disconnect and reconnect it works fine…also photoshop CS2 works fine…has anyone resolved it
