Does anyone know where the warp brush is located? I cant find it on the toolbar anywhere. Does anyone know where it is? Thanks. =]

Why dont you just go to filter and use liquify. It does the same thing.

Try clicking on the blur tool
and hold it down.

try doing that for the others. =]
