But Can I Do this on it
here are some examples, like touch up blemishes, cut out a picture and paste it on a backround…use brushes? stamps,
And write using different fonts and crap??

Touch up — use the Healing tool (icon looks like a bandaid). Make it just large enough to cover the blemish and click once on the blemish. Gone. It sample automatically immediately around the blemish and use that to make the corrections. Clone tool (icon looks like a rubber stamp) is also good and an old standard. Advise with this tool is sample often are patterns will develop indicating a sure sign of inexperienced cloning.
Cutout and paste — use the which ever selection tool is best for you situation. Edit > Copy and focus on the other photo and Edit > Paste.
Brushes — many to choose and create your own brush
Stamps — many plus patterns and create you own pattern
Text — with any font installed on your computer. You Transformation tool to increase size beyond 72 pts.
Crap — I would rather keep crap off my computer and my images. If you want to make crap, then have at it but don’t ask how.
