Adobe Photoshop 6.0?

I’m having a problem with it. When I try getting the brush or anything else a hand is there. It won’t let me paint,smudge,or earse. Anyone have this problem?

    restart you program and hold the “Ctrl+Alt+Shift” keys down while the program is re-starting. It will restore your Photoshop preferences to its default settings.

    …also make sure your Caps Lock is off.
