I haven’t downloaded these yet but I’ve heard good things about the Nagel Series 33 brushes. I have seen results others have achieved and they look pretty good.

  Reduce your opacity and use the airbrush tool, adjusting the hardness until you like it (you can use any brush that way, for that matter. Also, load all of your brush sets, not just the default ones-you can do this by clicking the little right pointing arrow and selecting Load Brush/Load Brush Preset)
