Help With Adobe Photoshop CS2~?

Keep in mind the computer I’m using is Vista. Just in case that makes a difference…

So I’ve learned some things myself, but yet to figure out the awesome things I can do with it.
First, whenever I try to add a brush to the photoshop-thingy, it makes my computer freeze. Then I have to re-do it, and when I do, it freezes again. I still need help with that, annnd–
Second, I want to learn how to add multiple pictures onto one file… Yeah, this seems really easy but I guess I’m not trying so hard for this one.

Soooo…. Any help? And thanks. Plus, I’m a n00b, so you don’t have to post it and rub it in my faice. D:<

How to save Photoshop CS2 brushes?

I’m downloading the brushes from deviantART.com, and when I go to save them, it automatically wants me to open it with Photoshop. But when I do, they don’t show up anywhere?

Photoshop CS2 Cropping problem?

Help,
my crop tool (Not select, the actual crop tool) has changed (I don’t know how or what I did). I used to be able to crop rectangles of any size and shape I wanted, now I can only crop the sizes on the drop down list.
Also, when I select the brush tool, and the selection pot (This is for brushing in a difficult selection…..the area turns red after brushing which is then used as a selection) area it tells me the channel is locked.
????

why wont the brushes work with photoshop CS2?

I download the brushes fine but when i run them the photoshop program pops up indicating that it loaded to the photoshop program but when i try to use it it doesnt appear to be there whats going wrong.
